Returns and complaints

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by email at:

The product must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective.

If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at:

In such cases, we will offer a replacement or refund.
